Int\u00e9gr\u00e9e de Criblage de Toulouse (PICT) propose un ensemble complet de prestations de service destin\u00e9 \u00e0 tous les acteurs de la recherche et de la communaut\u00e9 scientifique des secteurs public et priv\u00e9. Notre expertise couvre toutes les \u00e9tapes de l\u2019ing\u00e9nierie \u00e0 la caract\u00e9risation biophysique ainsi que la d\u00e9termination de structure par cristallographie aux rayons X de prot\u00e9ines d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat dans la recherche pharmaceutique et biotechnologique.<\/p><p>La cristallographie aux rayons X est une m\u00e9thode de choix pour la d\u00e9termination tridimensionnelle des structures de macromol\u00e9cules biologiques et de leurs complexes avec des ligands \u00e0 haute r\u00e9solution. Les \u00e9quipements incluent \u00e9galement des robots de cristallisation en nano volume, un syst\u00e8me d\u2019imagerie automatis\u00e9 et des syst\u00e8mes cryog\u00e9niques pour la cong\u00e9lation des \u00e9chantillons. Il permet \u00e9galement l\u2019acc\u00e8s r\u00e9gulier aux grands instruments ie les synchrotrons fran\u00e7ais ou europ\u00e9ens\u00a0: ESRF, SOLEIL et ALBA pour les collectes de donn\u00e9es de diffraction afin de b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier des meilleurs environnements techniques et m\u00e9thodologiques pour vos applications dans les domaines associ\u00e9s aux
