Analyse et caract\u00e9risation de mol\u00e9cules (PICT-SPCMIB)<\/h5>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7d179a57 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"7d179a57\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>PICT propose un ensemble de services d\u00e9di\u00e9s \u00e0 la s\u00e9paration et \u00e0 la purification de mol\u00e9cules.<\/p><p>Au niveau de PICT-SPCMIB, la plateforme permet de d\u00e9terminer la puret\u00e9 d\u2019un \u00e9chantillon et de l\u2019identifier. La s\u00e9paration, l\u2019extraction, le suivi de r\u00e9action et le dosage de compos\u00e9s chiraux ou non dans un m\u00e9lange sont r\u00e9alisables. Les techniques s\u00e9paratives et d\u2019extraction peuvent se d\u00e9cliner en phase liquide ou en phase supercritique. Le service est dot\u00e9 \u00e9galement d\u2019un spectrom\u00e8tre de masse MALDI coupl\u00e9 \u00e0 un analyseur TOF qui permet aussi la mesure de la taille de nombreux types de mol\u00e9cules.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-510b1c36 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"510b1c36\" analyse, il faut au minimum 10 \u00b5L de produit \u00e0 une concentration minimale de 1 mg\/mL.<\/p><p>Pour une purification, il faut absolument que le produit \u00e0 purifier soit soluble dans un SFC-PDA-MS<\/strong>.<\/p><p>PICT-SPCMIB propose aussi des mesures de tailles par spectrom\u00e9trie de masse par <strong>MALDI-TOF<\/strong>.<o:p><\/o:p><\/p><p>Plusieurs types de prestation sont
