Cette puret\u00e9 devra avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 valid\u00e9e par analyse sur gel en conditions d\u00e9naturantes et chromatographie d\u2019exclusion de taille. prot\u00e9ine<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Structure et dynamique des constituants membranaires<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><p>Ces applications peuvent \u00eatre mises en \u0153uvre sur des <strong>\u00e9chantillons solubles<\/strong> (RMN en solution) ou sur des \u00e9chantillons anisotropes (<strong>membranes biologiques, v\u00e9sicules, solides mous, micro-cristaux, etc..<\/strong>) par RMN \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tat solide.
